Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Nailah Jones.

I’m a marketing and project management professional with experience building thoughtful systems, shaping meaningful narratives, and designing experiences that are intentional rather than performative.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve always been deeply interested in emotional wellness, personal growth, and the lived reality of becoming a Black woman in today’s world, particularly during seasons of transition that often feel quiet, confusing, and unsupported.

Why I Created The Shift Workbook

The Shift Workbook was created from my own search for something that did not exist.

I was looking for a resource that felt honest, structured, and culturally relevant for Black women navigating the transition from their mid-twenties into their early thirties. This season often brings change without clear language or support, even when everything looks fine on the surface.

What I found instead was content that felt either surface-level or disconnected from our actual experiences.

My Approach

The Shift Workbook was designed to offer structure without rigidity and support without pressure.

My approach centers on reflection that feels grounded and practical rather than performative or overwhelming. The experience was intentionally created to help people slow down, ask better questions, and make thoughtful decisions on their own timeline.

This work is not about fixing yourself.

It is about understanding yourself more clearly as you move into what is next.

If you are in a season of redefining who you are, healing quietly, or becoming more intentional about your life, this space was created with you in mind.
