A self-paced, therapist-informed reflection experience for Black women navigating life transitions.

What This Is

The Shift Workbook is a guided reflection experience designed for Black women entering a new season of life. This can include reassessing relationships, redefining career and finances, or reconnecting with yourself more honestly.

This is not a journal meant to be rushed through or completed once. It is a structured, self-paced experience designed to be revisited over time.

What You’ll Find Inside

Each section is designed to help you slow down, reflect clearly, and make grounded decisions without pressure or performative healing.

This experience includes:

  • Structured reflection prompts across self-love, spirituality, relationships, career, finances, wellness, and creativity

  • Current-state questions and future-focused prompts to support clarity and direction

  • QR-linked video guidance from Black women mental health professionals, embedded throughout the workbook

  • Curated music playlists designed to support focus, emotional processing, and reflection

  • A physical workbook created to be returned to across different seasons of life

How This Experience Is Different

This experience blends structure, professional insight, and emotional support without therapy jargon, forced positivity, or overwhelm.
